Mental Toughness_Wise Thinking

Everyone has some plans in life but it can change when some factors come to it like better thought, more powerful believes, emotions- it can be positive or negative both & more. Now if you give some close attention to the last line, you will see these factors are interrelated with each other. if your thought process is good your belives will be powerful and simultaneously you can control your emotions in your regular life. So now the question is how can you develop your thought process, the answer is simple - WISE THINKING. Before taking some decisions or replying others listen to them carefully. Think what they are exactly talking about, open up your mind and think it from different prospectus then give them a reply. Definitely, it takes much time primarily but it's okay. After practicing sometimes you will be mastery all these. And obviously a wise thinking can improve your daily life. But is it everything we want for a successful life, No. Wise thinking helps you to take a decision rightfully. It can help you to live a life by your own rules, not to change it for some temporary emotion. But at the same time you should be executing your plans properly if you want to succeed and who's doesn't want success in life, right na?😄. Now everyone say discipline is the only answer. Yes, it's true, I also think discipline is very important to achieve your target. And mental toughness is required to be disciplined in daily life. It is not a very easy task. In fact, in my point of view, it is the toughest thing in our life. A weak-hearted man can't do these all. That's why only a few can achieve their target or execute their plan in life. But my query is different sometimes this mental toughness can stagnate our wise thinking so how can we go out from this. Is there any way to execute both of the things at the same time? If you know comment me below as I still work on it.
